We are proud to be at the forefront of the Indian consumption revolution. We have established our credentials and expertise in Mumbai with High Street Phoenix. In 2000, we led infrastructure creation in India, building over 1.4 million square feet of consumption infrastructure. Propelled by retail but including residential, multiplex and hotel components, High Street Phoenix continues to evolve as a destination for a new India, and when complete will exceed 3.5 million sq ft.

Being a young company, we are ambitious as well as fast learners. We are excited by the challenge of riding the wave of the consumption boom. In the next five years India will have about 625 million earning Indians, most young and ready to spend.
