are generally registered and returned within a
period of 30 days from the date of receipt, if the
documents are clear in all respects. The
Shareholder's / Investor's Grievance Committee
meets as often as required. As per the revised
Clause 49 of the Listing agreement and to expedite
the process of share transfers, the Board has
delegated the powers of share transfers and
related matters to Shri Ashokkumar Ruia, Chairman
and Managing Director and Shri Atul Ruia, Joint
Managing Director, who shall attend transfer
formalities at least once in a fornight.
